We utilize UPS https://www.ups.com for delivery services. Please be aware that if UPS does not operate in your country, we will be unable to ship coffee to you.

We dispatch parcels weekly every Monday. Following the shipment, you will receive a tracking number via the email address provided at the time of purchase, allowing you to track your parcel.

Should you have any inquiries regarding delivery times or related matters after receiving your tracking number, please direct them to your local UPS office.

Generally, there are no issues with this process.
